There is a huge gap between simply knowing something and actually taking action on it. Over the past week, I have been reacquainting myself with the power of just doing the simple thing I know I should do.
No complicating the matter, no overthinking it; just start taking action. Take a step in the direction you know you need to be heading, and then take another.
This simplicity applies to my prioritization, too. I can do anything, but I cannot do everything. When I keep my approach simple, and I ruthlessly eliminate anything that is not the top priority, I am able to leverage all of my energy and effort toward accomplishing what is most important.
